There a park on Blanco almost to 1604 I think it's around West Ave. It has a walking lap trail. Haven't been there for a while. Also just an idea Crossroads outdoors is fun. Not too busy. There are also more roughed park trial on Babcock/DeZalava. Hope this helps.

Some of the roller skating rinks in town have adult skate night. I know it's not outside but it sure is fun!!

Hi A.. There is a park called O.P. Schnaebel Park and within that park is the Braundera YMCA. It's really nice. There are all kinds of trails back there from the really smooth where I've seen people roller blade and ride bikes to just the rough where it's hiking. There are also basketball courts and a large soccer field to kick a ball around. There's a huge playground as well with covered pic-nic tables. You should check it out. It is off Bandera where Braun T's off Bandera. Near the Braun/1604 area. There is a large entrance. Let me know if you go and if you like it.
