I have brought both my kids to Robert Lyons in Hingham on rt 3a in the same strip mall as Marshalls. Nicole B is the only one who has cut their hair. She is FANTASTIC with children!!! My kids love her. Hope this helps. Good luck!!
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good salon or hairdresser that can cut my 19 mo daughter's hair. She's already had 6 haircuts! We've been going to Snip Its in Hingham. The last few times I've been unhappy with the results, and the last time we went the hairdresser was really snappy with both of us! It's not like they're cheap either - so I figure I may as well try a regular salon. She's very well behaved and sits quietly while it's cut. Maybe I sound silly seeing as how she's only 19mo - but she's got a ton of hair, and I'm hoping to give her some sort of a little style, and not a boy's regular! Thanks :)

I take my three kids - 6, 4 and 3 to Rebecca at Krase Salon on Rte 53 in Hanover. She is awesome. My 6 yr old has autism and she is very patient with his special needs.
I have a good friend who has been a hairdresser for years. She is GREAT!! She cuts all ages and she is great with the kids. She cuts all the children in her family. She has a chair in Norwell at Salon Tres Chic. Her name is Lisa Morris. Try her, you won't be disappointed.

I used to bring my kids there and stopped because they just didn't do it for me either. I started at Supercuts and then they cut my sons ears with the clippers so needless to say we will never go back! I know bring them to DiGravio Salon in Abington, it is right across from Target, they are great with my kids and I really like everyone in there, have not gotten a bad cut and the prices are reasonable. It might be a little bit out of the way for you but I usually make the trip to Target after and it works out good! Good luck! I know how you are feeling, it is tough to find someone you like!!
snip-its is AWFUL! they are way over priced and they do a crappy job.
i actually bring both my girls to my regular hairdresser. thats what most of my friends to do too.
maybe just try your hairdresser?
Ugh Snip Its SUCKS!!!!! What a rip off. Try AZ Studio in Derby St. Everyone in there is really nice. I don't know what they would charge for a baby's haircut but I know the owner has 2 kids and a lot of the staff are moms.
