Another Name for EEO Officer?

This is not a parenting question, so feel free to skip if you want.

I'm looking for some help for an organization at which I volunteer. It is an all-volunteer charity, no employees, including a volunteer board. Groups of people work together to make the organization run. To make sure that our environment is safe and inclusive to all, we've adopted an anti-harassment policy and it's been recommended that we designate 2 people, in addition to the chair of the board, that someone could go to if they had a concern. What do we call these people? If we were a company it would be the EEO officer (equal employment opportunity officer), but we don't have employees. If this were an education institution, it would be the Title IX officer, but it's not an educational institution. Any creative ideas?

What can I do next?

like others have stated, you're trying too hard to come up with something new and creative. Stop. Use the KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) method. Ombudsman or Advisor.

The more "creative" you make it? The harder it gets to understand what you are trying to do. Just use the "CORRECT" name: Ombudsman or Advisor.

An "ADVISOR" would be acceptable.

I think you are overthinking this. If you are all volunteer and run like an organization/business? Call the person what they would be - EEO.

Stop trying to make things complicated. Don't come up with new words or titles because you're not an 'official' business. Just use the correct name.

I think sometimes a related phrase is "Diversity and Inclusion". So maybe "Diversity and Inclusion Co-Chairs".

I've heard of Complaint Investigations Officers - which doesn't relate to employees necessarily, but it's kind of negative. What about (Whatever the policy is) Compliance Officers?
I like chacha's idea - so long as that covers everything you're trying to convey.

Volunteer Resource Adviser or Volunteer Management Adviser (adviser/advisor) or use Liaison instead of Adviser
Or Ombudsman

I also like "Diversity and Inclusion Co-chairs." Kudos to Chacha for coming up with that.

It's affirming and positive, rather than complaint-oriented.

I highly recommend that at least one of the 2 co-chairs represent the diversity your group says it wants to promote - so a racial, ethnic or religious minority would be good, or someone from the LGBTQ community or someone from the disabled community.

Human resources? Human management. Sounds like it's an organization that you could name the position anything you want? Like something fun like People Police, Manners Management, The Confessionals, etc lol
