I dont think you two can. If it's been a while since he's had it maybe, but not right away. I wouldnt worry!
My son just got over the stomach flu, now I have it, and my husband just vomited too. My question is, can me or my husband give it back to my son?

my daughter and i passed it back and forth SEVERAL times! literally we both at least got it 2 times, taking turns back & forth. until finally the 2nd or 3rd time i got it (yes in a row) my ex husband kept my daughter with him for 3 or 4 days straight until i was completely recovered. Yes it can happen! and it sucks!!! wash hands, don't share ANY food, drinks etc .... i know it's hard but keep contact to an absolute minimum.
yup, it can be a nasty cycle so just be ready for sickness apon sickness
not the same strain, you become immune to it, but it can lie dormant for a few days and spring back with an acidic environment. Likely not as vicious though. On occasion you will see a mutation of the virus, it can pass through friends and back but only rarely.
your son will not catch it again if your husband and you caught it from him.i recently had a bad virus and i did my homework.
Is it viral or bacterial? Viral unlikely, bacterial likely.
