Hi, to all!

I am in the process of getting ready to be a stay-at-home Mom after being a full-time working Mom. Over the past couple of months, I have noticed a significant drop in energy and I am wondering if you guys can recommend any products to help. I have 2 small children and want to be functioning in tip-top shape for them.

Does anyone have a vitamin that has helped them or does anyone recommend a diet or a detox program?

Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

What can I do next?

Are you eating a balanced diet that naturally provides the vitamins, minerals, and calories you need? Are you avoiding processed and refined foods - they can be an absolute killer to your metabolism and blood sugar by making you ramp up really quickly then crash down and crave more foods. Are you making time in your day to exercise regularly (I'm not talking marathon training, it can be taking a 45 minute walk with your kids daily)? Are you getting enough sleep so that you are refreshed during the day? I'd check these out before putting yourself on gimmicky drugs and solutions.

The few things that help me are to take vitamins, I just take a womens daily. Eating breakfast and occasionally, taking a 15 min nap if you can get it in the afternoon. Walking has also helped me have more energy. When all else fails, a good cup of coffee.
Good Luck!

Hi N.,

I hear ya sister!! I work full time, have a part time job, a house, a husband and 2 children under 3. I had my 12 week old via emergency c-section and found the recovery period to be very difficult. I couldn't get healthy or the energy I needed to keep my household going. I found Juice Plus. I don't think I've ever felt better in my life. I believe so strongly in the product that I am now a distributor. I'm not looking to get rich off this but what I've seen it do for my family, I just couldn't NOT tell everyone I know about it. It's basically 17 different fruits and vegetables in a capsule/chewable or gummy form. My husband and I take the capsules and my 2 year old takes the chewables. I think of it as a daily vitamin the natural way. If you were able to eat all the recommended servings of a variety of veggies, you'd be getting all the vitamins your body needs. This is a convienant way to do that. I'd love to share more info with you on Juice Plus if your interested. Feel free to visit the below site for more info. This product is the most thoroughly tested nutrtional supplement out there and is recommended by some very well respected medical professionals. Dr. Sears even recommends it. I am hosting a Wellness Seminar along with a home show for Pampered Chef and Uppercase Living on 10/14 at my house in New Lenox if you want to come. (Or any other of you Mom's out there) This could be a great way to learn more about the product. If you (or anyone else out there) would like to come just let me know so I can add you to e-vite. Good luck, my phone numbers are listed on the below site if you want more info!
