Does anyone know anything out there that an adult female can take for A.D.D. that is natural.
I used to take Ritalin as a child but got off of it when I was a freshman in highschool but I feel like I need something to help me focus better and be more organized and help me with school and work.
Thanks for all the suggestions

Hi M.,
My husband has ADD, he has tried Ritalin, Adderall, and Foclin, and his latest Daytrana. Daytrana for him has been wonderful. It is not oral, its a patch that you apply in the morning and take it off in the evening. He doesn't have nearly the side effects like he had on the others. I'd suggest that.

My name is N.. I am 45, a single Mom, and a school teacher. I take something called Desiprimine, which is and old timey tricyclic that acts as a stimulant. I also take Paxil. You can use my doctor, Dr. John Pascoe, ###-###-####, for help. He has been my med doctor for eight years.

There is a product you can take that helps with ADD. I recommend a pharmaceutical grade Omega 3 Fatty Acid (which cannot be purchased at the local store) and a tablet or tea called N-R-G. The N-R-G is a Guarana Tea that helps with brain focus. Great stuff.
