What is the longest amount of time it has taken your LO to adjust to a new sibiling? Please give me the older siblings age too. I have a 5 y.o., 6 y.o. and an 11 y.o.

Thanks

I think it is continual adjustment! I have a 5 year old, 3 year old, and a 14 month old....some days are better than others. They all want attention

For every new child it is a 6 month adjustment period for both the parents and the siblings.

Well, I'm 39 and my younger sis is 37 (and we have an older bro who is 41) and I am still not adjusted and would prefer my mom put her back!!!!!!!

I have a 3 month old, almost-4yo, 7.5yo, almost-9yo, and 12.5yo. There's never been any measurable "adjustment period". Everyone's always growing, changing, and adapting.
(Though I'm sure my 4yo will have a real blast <sarcasm> when the baby starts getting into his toys!)
