Activities for This Weekend (Volusia County)

On Sat there are a ton of things-
at the Seminole Mall- Handy Manny will be there- not sure of time though.

At Fit Club Gymnastics- free Easter egg hunt for 5-under 5:30-6:30.

I think Debary has a free Easter egg hunt too.

Have you ever been to DeLeon Springs? I think it's pretty close to Deland area. I haven't been, but I keep wanting to go - I think there's a small state park, with springs for swimming (or just splashing if it's too cold), and I hear there's a old-fashioned mill that's been turned in an awesome pancake restaurant (where they give you lots of different batters and there's a griddle at your table and you make them yourself). I've had friends with little ones go and say it's lots of fun.
And if you want to head a little further south, the CEntral Fl zoo in Sanford is having an Easter egg hunt and such, which I think'll be fun.
I have a 2 yo little girl and have also been married since 2004......and I can definitely relate to having a crazy dog (petsmart mutt, probably pointer/fox terrier or something like that, a year old and a total nut!)
