I've been having the same problem and have changed my shampoo twice! UGH! I have no idea what to do and have been wondering if i should see a dermatologist but maybe i'll try the vinegar!
I'm having the hardest time getting rid of acne on my scalp ( a problem I've had for a long time). My dermatologist prescribed antibiotics but I ended up being allergic to it so am not taking it anymore. Anyone have any experience with this? How did you treat it? Thanks!

I used apple cidar vinegar mixed into shampoo and scrubbed my scalp. It worked for months, but I don't know why.
tea tree oil helps...not just shampoo that has tea tree oil in it, straight tea tree oil. Do not use conditioners that have humectant in it, and look for a shampoo that has coal tar. Products that have benzol peroxide in them work well but have to be used minimally or they will affect the color of your hair.
There are different types of antibiotics, if you tried an oral maybe ask for a topical?
Always use a clean towel, do not re-use and also sterilize your brushes and combs after using. Also I know it sounds weird but avoid washing your hair with hot water, instead use luke warm water. You could be having a reaction to a hair product you are using. Drink lots of water...I am sorry you are going through this, it is so not fun, I went through terrible problems with acne when I was younger.
