My wife and I stayed at Secrets Silver Sands on the Mexican Riveria. We stayed there for 8 nights and had a blast. They have 6 excellent restaurants and is an all inclusive. My wife and I didn't do any shopping. We only wanted some souveniers. But the water and rooms and beach and pools were wonderful !

Cheap Carribbean specializes in 3, 4, and 6 day packages at almost any caribbean island so I'm sure you'll find something you'll like at a reasonable price.

Jamaica is also wonderful. I'd stay at a resort on the Montego Bay end of the island. There are lots of all inclusives there. There are lots of recreational possibilities there.

Galveston is cheap enough and quaint enough. I would just the idea of water and my friends lauging, laying out, talking, confiding and drinking--so destination would be really of little concern.

Last July. my girlfriends and I went to Puerto Rico. We stayed at the LaConcha hotel http://www.laconcharesort.com/ Its a hotel not a condo.

We bought it as a package through one of the travel sites (hotel and air) for $1,300 for two (two tickets, one room). Our other friends got a similar rate - but they left from different cities. Anyway, our trip was great, the weather was great, friendly people, nightlife in the hotel and inexpensive breakfast places in walking distance. Wherever you go, i'm sure you will enjoy!

I would suggest a cruise.. It includes all of your wish list and then some. Great fun and you can sail out of Galveston. I went on a girl cruise and wish to go again... Happy sailing
