The amount you fed her is a volume measurement, not a weight measurement. I would guess that in feeding her, you merely replaced what she urinated out prior to being weighed, thus making the measurement about right.
I took my daughter to the doctor yesterday and I had fed her a 6 oz. bottle about 10 minutes before she got weighed. Approximately how far off do you think the milk bumped her weight up? Hubby seems to think she is probably 6 oz. less than what she weighed, but I was just curious. She weighed in at 19lbs even... I was thinking it is actually a little less than 19 lbs. but not a full 6 oz. less? Or maybe she really would have been 18lbs. 10 oz? Just curious what your thoughts are! THANKS!

Well, will a full bladder, I've actually pee'd 1.5lbs of liquid before...TMI, I know...but for reference. I weighed before and after, out of curiousity...
I would say maybe 4-5oz. Figure that not every drop of those 6oz went into her.
6 oz is about 170.1 grams. So she weighs about 18.6 pounds
Lol. My DD lost 6 oz at her last checkup after we changed her diaper... lol.! But I agree, 6 FLUID oz is not the same as 6oz in weight.
