I want to throw my daughter a 7th birthday party but want/need to do it without a lot of expense. I was thinking of maybe doing an almost sleepover. Does anyone have any good ideas?
Let the girls come in their pjs. Have pizzas (maybe that they can help make) for dinner when they get there. Let them play games (board or card games that you already have) or maybe even mani/pedis. Pop some popcorn and start a movie.
Buy cheap pillow cases and fabric markers to decorate them. Do a pizza bar or ice cream sundae bar where the girls can custom make their own.
Maybe get (or rent) a karaoke DVD, if you have a DVD player or something similar. Can turn your TV into a karaoke machine.
Do pizza, decorate your own cupcake, and pay a teenager or two to come over and paint fingernails and toenails! They will love it!
