It's a bunch a words that lead to someone selling something.
If you are interested in losing belly fat, stop eating white bread, white pasta, sugar, potatoes and corn. Anything that is a simple carb is a no no.
Try using brown rice and whole wheat in very small amounts if you do HAVE to have something. Complex carbs are ok.
Promise the tummy fat will go away.

No to the add, but I have been following Jorge Cruise
"The Belly Fat cure," for a year and have made a significant change. Sugar is the main problem with belly fat. You should eat no more than 15 grams of sugar a day, with no one meal being over 5 grams of sugar. At this point I would say I am down to probably 5 grams of sugar in a whole day. Take a look at the book. It has really worked for me & my husband. Now I have my sister & her husband following the plan as well. Good Luck!

As with all ads, somebody wants to sell you something. You won't get advice free - unless just a bit as a teaser to sell you more!
