I can't have a party at my house because it is too small. It is also too cold to have it outside. What are some different and fun indoor options for girl parties?

What can I do next?

Is there a bounce house place near you? ours rents a room with about 4 different bounce houses for about 1 hour and then a separate room for pizza or cake afterwards

If your daughter is into arts and crafts, you might consider something like Make a Messterpiece or Paint Your Own pottery. I had my 3yr old daughter's party at a pottery place where they each painted a small plate with their initial on it. Fun for the kids, done in about an hour for the painting, and they had a "gift" to take home with them.

There is the new place on Eagle Road called Big Al's- it is bowling. Not sure if bowling would be up her alley. You could do something at the mall? you could just have a small get together at a pizza parlor- in the back room or something. What about the new aquarium, is it indoor? what about the birds of prey? I dunno, i've lived here for 2 yrs and I'm still not sure what there is all to do! But at winco in the exit area they have a "parent' magazine, there are ideas in that and the mag is free.

I have personally gotten my kids away from big parties. We usually let them pick one place where they would like to go (ride the train for example) and bring one best friend along for the day out. Then back at home they have cake, and maybe the friend would sleep over. That's it. It works well. For a 4 yr old, are you sure you don't have enough room to invite just 1 or 2 best freinds to your house for cake?? What about inviting a couple of freinds to a local park (playground) and bring cupcakes along? That is nice too.... once year when my daughter was 6, I wanted to invite some new freinds to celebrate her January bday with her but i wanted it to be non assuming. So I invited them for a playdate at the Mcdonalds playground- and I brought cupcakes to hand out.

Indoor bounce houses are great. Some of the chains around here are Pump It Up, Bounce U and Scooter's Jungle. Hopefully you have something similar.

Chuck E Cheese's.

See if a local hotel will do a tea party.

Color Me Mine where they can paint pottery.

Build A Bear.

Find out what park and rec centers are available. Here there's a carousel and a train that have party rooms, various community centers, and county buildings. You could also look for indoor play spaces, or something like The Little Gym.
