"3 Year Old Boys Bedroom"

We did a fire truck border around the middle of our son's room since our ceilings are slanted. He likes it better because it more at eye level for him. Then you can either paint the top half one color and the bottom half another or paint the whole thing the same color. We picked yellow (lemon ice) to bring out the color that was of the smallest amount on the border. It not only brightened up the room but it also brought attention to the light bars, ect. associated with heroes. Plus it kept his room from being so dark with all the red, blue, and black in the fire trucks and police cars. But light blue would have worked with it also. Hope this helps.

I would go to Lowes.com or the Home Depot website, Sherwin Williams is also a good bet. They all have programs where you can put different colors on the ceiling , walls, and trim. It was the easiest way for me to paint my house. Once I figured out online what I wanted I wrote it down and went to the store and got the paint chips. Good luck!

I am sorry. I had a response about stenciling a border, installing a shelf along the ceiling line, and maybe using chalkboard paint but then went and reread your post... and that isn't what you were asking advice on. *LOL*
