Any ideas ladies for a 2nd anniversary gift?! I have no clue what to get him. It's this weekend so I'm really waiting till the last minute but we've had alot of things going on lately. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Our second anniv is in Oct and hubby asked me this weekend where I wanted to go, CA or NV. We got married on the riverboat in Laughlin and went back last year for our first anniv. I'm from CA and we have been to the beach a few times which he LOVES. So we don't do gifts, we try to go away for the weekend. If you can't do that then just ask him what he'd like. We are always very open with what we like because then we know what to expect and are never disappointed. Good luck and congrats!

We don't exchange gifts for our anniversary. Instead we make reservations at a really nice restaurant, book a sitter and go out for the night! I would suggest hitting Victoria's Secret on your way home- wrap it up and head out for the night!

I think those lists stink. They were good during the depression when some cotton would have come in handy. Guys are simple. Sex and Food and leave them alone to do their own thing for a while.

Well, the traditional 2nd anniversary gift is cotton, and the modern is china.

A special tie, a special blanket (college team), yummy Egyptian cotton sheets, or what about a hummel figurine (dad& kids), Ceramic popcorn bowl? Stretching the 'china' idea--have you seen the Willowtree angel dad/kids bride/groom figures? Very nice.

What is he "into" and try to apply cotton/china concepts to that....
