You need to go to the doctor. Something is wrong with your stent. It sounds like the stone has become lodged again. Your ob and your urologist need to be working together on this one. Antibiotics and baby aspirin are not going to do anything for your kidney stone or the stent.

ETA - When you're pregnant, everything is related to the pregnancy. Your OB/GYN is your primary care physician and should be discussing your care with your urologist.

I agree with Anne L. Looking at both your questions and trying to combine the info isn't easy. But I can't imagine why having a stent, intense pain, dizziness, and headaches while 27 weeks pregnant means you shouldn't have an OB/GYN you can trust or a urologist who will accept your insurance. In general, you call your primary care doctor and demand a referral or you call your insurance company and say, "I'm having a major problem - who is in the network who will accept my insurance? I need to be seen." But if you don't have time to do that at this point while feeling so terrible, then you go to a good urgent care center or an ER if you can't find one. I might call the doctor and explain your symptoms and say you are headed in for an evaluation and see if they agree to see you, but if you don't trust your physician, you need to take other steps and get another opinion.

Sounds like an infection. You must go to ER . You need a new OB.

You have been experiencing intense pain for a week and you are now feeling dizzy with headaches. It is definitely time for a trip to urgent care (if your insurance covers it) or the ER. No, make it the ER straight away. Sending good wishes.

I would find a hospital that receives payments from the government. They can't turn away an emergency.

If you are in such great pain then you need medical assistance. Have your OB/GYN do a statement that your baby is at risk since you've had other medical issues with previous pregnancies.
