Hey mamas!
I know this has been asked before, but I need an idea for where to have my son's first b-day party. I do not want to have it at mine (or anybody's) house, and I want it to be indoors. I live in Flower Mound, but am willing to go as North as Plano, East or South as Dallas, and as West as Southlake. Most of the kids invited range from 3 to 7 years of age. It is going to be a very large guest list. (I wanted something small at my house, but my in-laws and husband say we have to invite EVERYBODY, urgh!) Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
Also, we are thinking of buying a French mastiff for my husband, so if anybody knows of anybody with some pups, please let me know!

If the city of Flower Mound has a Parks and Recreation department, check with them for facility rentals. I've been to a couple different parties in civic or rec centers and there's plenty of space for not much money. You can bring in catering and decor as you see fit, and they often have tables, etc. that are included in the rate.
They have a new Wiggles play area in Frisco. It has neat party rooms, plus it has a play area specifically for toddlers! I think they have party packages that include the cake and everything.

We had our son's first Birthday party at Let's Jump off of 377 in Keller. It was reasonably priced, offer a pizza or Chick Fillet package (includes soda and all paper products), perfect for the age group you described and you pay at the end ONLY for the kids that show up! They will also provide you with the invitations and a party coordination at no cost :-)
